Throughout the 1990s, the company pioneered a "co-design" philosophy, collaborating closely with leaders in the Refrigeration, Automotive, Defence, and pharmaceutical sectors. This era of partnership allowed our team to solidify a deep technical foundation and expand our production capabilities.

At the turn of the millennium, Micron transitioned from a specialized trader to a dedicated designer of proprietary mechanical engineering products. This period marked the introduction of modern testing methodologies and a shift toward high-performance, cost-effective solutions. Between 2004 and 2005, Micron successfully entered the international market, achieving ISO 9001 certification—a standard of quality that continues to drive our customer service today.

The year 2006 signalled a transformative shift from a family-run structure to a robust corporate governance model. To meet growing demand, we expanded our manufacturing footprint and began exploring global opportunities. By 2007, our international network reached South East Asia and the Middle East, supported by approvals from global tier-one clients and our successful debut at international trade fairs.

Building on three decades of engineering excellence, August 2019 marked a significant milestone with the founding of Micron Precision Engineering Company. This specialized entity was established to further enhance the group's capabilities in high-tolerance manufacturing, offering bespoke engineering solutions that meet the increasingly complex demands of modern industry.
